Benjamin Allen
President/CEO
INSP Leadership is headed up by Ben Allen, who has more than two decades of experience in the fire protection and service industry. An inventor, product designer, and certification expert, his expertise spans the areas of manufacturing, operations, production, quality control, and beyond.
He holds multiple industry licenses and certifications, including Fire Extinguisher Service, Testing, and Selling (CA and NC); Fire Systems Certification; National Association of Fire Equipment Distributors (NAFED) Hazmat Certification; California Board of Health License; among others.
His passion for innovation and invention is motivated by a deep desire to help people by creating products that are not only effective, but that also eliminate the long-term health hazards that are inherent in many of the leading fire protection products used today.
Ben was instrumental in the creation of the GreenFire® Technology and ideas for Non Toxic Firefighting products. Ben designed and manufactured the delivery systems for Silver Rhino™ and created the Fire Watch App™ to monitor and control these systems.
His interest in non-toxic replacement technologies led him to seek out the right strategic partnership for SCWO Technology developing programs for the destruction and disposal of PFAS, hydrocarbons and other fluorinated compounds.
Eric Hoyte Jr.
International Business Development
Adding twenty years of firefighting experience to the team, Eric Hoyte understands urban firefighting, the concerns with firefighter safety as well as good service to the community. He is committed to finding products that continue to promote public safety as well as firefighter safety.
Currently a Firefighter Engineer in the state of North Carolina, Eric is very familiar with the needs of new technology in the fire service. GreenFire® captured his attention with how effective it is in all classes of fire.
Realizing the many possibilities that working with a truly non-toxic Foam could open up, Eric looks forward to being a part of a change that revolutionizes the fire service, saves the environment and ultimately saves lives.
Additionally Eric has six years of experience in factory organization and shipping. He currently holds a real estate license since 2007 and served as a broker in charge for 3 years. Working with investors, managing trust accounts and property portfolios, he is well suited for bringing together innovators and innovations that improve the global community!

Lance Shipp
CFO
Lance Shipp is a partner in the Dallas/Fort Worth office of SeatonHill. He is an experienced financial and operational strategic planner who has served as Chief Financial Officer at multiple privately held mid-size companies.
Lance has a passion for scaling companies through people and process improvements that result in EBITDA growth and value enhancement. Among his many accomplishments, he led the shareholder exit strategy for six fast-growth companies, and over the course of his career has successfully generated over $250M+ in shareholder value.
Lance is frequently sought after by CEOs, Founders, venture capital firms, and private equity managed investment teams to support their executive team strategy and is now part of the INSP Leadership Team.
