Marr Takeuchi has more than 20 years of experience overseeing and managing international business development and equity investments. He has advised individuals and business owners to protect and grow assets in the U.S. while supporting the Individuals and Corporate Asset.
Marr has also 27 years experience in the real estate & financial industry and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Marr is also the President & CEO of Global Asset Consultants (GAC).
As one of our INSP Group Representatives, Marr’s role is identifying key sales and partnership opportunities in global markets with an emphasis on Asia-Pacific relations.

Clayton Takeuchi
INSP Group Representative – International Sales Asia
Clayton Takeuchi has over 5 years of real estate analyst experience working in both single family and multifamily residential real estate private equity.
He also holds real estate licenses in both Texas and California and represents Japanese investors purchasing investment properties.
As one of INSP Group Representatives Clayton’s role is to help expand operations and sales into East Asia and European counties.

Kazuhiro began his career with an American advertising agency which gave him the experience and training to branch out on his own. And now for a long time he has been planning and executing media advertising, sales promotion, and marketing strategies for major corporations.
He has been working in the Japanese market as well as in Malaysia, Myanmar, and other Southeast Asian countries. Kazuhiro has also been investing in real estate in various regions, and is currently developing the Acacia Hotel Bagan and Pyay subdivisions in Myanmar.
“I would like to contribute to society through solving environmental problems caused by PFAS contamination and using my experience to promote green technology as one of the INSP Group Representatives in Asia Pacific.”

My name is Samson Uvoh, and I am the INSP representative and specialist for sales in Africa.
I’m passionate about innovation and technology. I’ve worked with companies from Asia and the Americas, networking across western Africa. I’m people driven and always find ways to bring solutions through innovation to improve lives of people in the continent.
Diasporan Connexxion was founded based on my idea that technology and innovation can be marshaled through effective collaborations and partnerships for greater economic, social, and environmental sustainability, on the continent and beyond.
